Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy covers the website whyroscope.com and Whyroscope Studio Uploader, an internal tool that D1F Marketing ("we") uses to publish the Whyroscope channel's own videos.
Use of YouTube API Services
Whyroscope Studio Uploader uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, thumbnails and captions to the Whyroscope YouTube channel and to set their titles, descriptions and settings. By using it you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy.
What information we access, store and use
The tool is used only by our own team, signed in with the Google account that owns the Whyroscope channel. When that account authorizes the tool, Google issues an access token and a refresh token for the scopes needed to upload and caption our videos. We store these tokens only on our own production computer, in a file readable only by its owner, and use them only to publish Whyroscope videos. We also keep the IDs YouTube returns for the videos we upload. The tool does not access, collect or store information about viewers, other channels or other YouTube users, and this website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties. Video files and their metadata are sent only to YouTube, through YouTube API Services.
Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Deleting data
Revoking access makes the stored tokens useless; we also delete them from our computer. To ask us to delete any stored information or to raise a privacy concern, write to d1f.dmarketing@gmail.com; we reply and delete within 30 days.
